About Lowerhouse Junior Football Club

Lowerhouse Junior Football Club is entering it's second year as a community Grassroots Football club in the Lowerhouse/Rosegrove area of Burnley. Our aim is to provide fun and safe coaching facilities for children of all ages in the community and surrounding areas whilst promoting health and wellbeing and supporting children's development. We try to teach the children about respect for the game and the importance of working as a team. We also aim to provide training and qualifications for our older children to encourage them to join our team of dedicated volunteers. All our coaches are CRB checked and hold a minimum of a Level 1 award in Football Coaching. All coaches have also attended Safeguarding and First Aid Courses through the FA. We also have an appointed Child Welfare Officer (CWO) who is responsible for ensuring Safeguarding and Anti-Bullying Policies are adhered to at all times and all volunteer CRB's are carried out.

Positions available

We are recruiting players for our Under 7's team up to our Under 18's team. All our Coaches are CRB checked and have at least FA Level 1 Badges. Training is on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6pm - 7pm at the pitches on Kiddrow Lane. We are also looking to recruit new volunteers to help out with Coaching.
