About Tong Park Esholt Cricket Club

Local community based club based in Esholt, West Yorkshire - just round the corner from the original Woolpack pub from the TV soap Emmerdale. We have 3 senior sides with our 1st and 2nd XIs playing in the Aire Wharfe league and our 3rd XI in the Dales Council. We have 3 junior sides at under 11s, 13s and 15s and links with 2 local schools - Hawksworth and Hoyle Court. The teams are run run by our 1st XI player and well respected local coach AJ Weerapulli.

Positions available

Tong Park Esholt CC are looking for good young cricketers who have 1st XI playing ambitions. We want to bring some youth into our side and give an opportunitiy to 2nd XI players who are not getting the chance to play in the 1st XI. We currently have roles for a top order batsman, wicketkeeper and spin and seam bowlers but would look to develop any other cricketers from our 2nd XI into our 1st team.
