About Astley & Buckshaw JFC

Astley and Buckshaw Junior FC was established in 2004 of the back of a Football Foundation grant applied for by a residents group from Astley Village, spearheaded by local Councillor Mark Perks. The growth of the club demonstrates how football can be used to help build a sustainable society and form strong links within communities. Today the football club provides the ability for over 250 children to play football, across 15 teams, 9 age groups in various leagues in additional too running a development program for 4 to 6 year olds. The club is run by volunteers and has an open to all policy, we proudly stand by our strap line of “We strive for fun and enjoyment in a safe and friendly environment, not results”.

Positions available

Under 13 Players Wanted We are looking for new players ready for the new season in September as Under 13's in the Central Lancashire League. We are based in Astley Village / Buckshaw in Chorley and play teams from the local area including Blackburn and Preston. If your interested send me a text on 07462900185 and i'll get back to you.
