About Barnston AFC

A village football club based in Barnston, near Gt Dunow, Essex. The club has two full size grass pitches that have pitch surrounds and dugouts. The club also possess a large clubhouse with a cheap bar, decent changing facilities, and newly refurbished showers. Players pay to sign on and to buy a club tracksuit and t shirt, but then there are no training fees or match fees, and the club supplies free match day programmes and after match food for home games.

We are a village based football club competing in the Essex and Suffolk Border League 1st division for the 2010-11 season. We are looking for players who have previously played at step 7 of the Pyramid system, or who believe they have the potential to do so.
