Haggerston Park Rangers are an 8 a side friendly & competitive mid-week football team. We have been going for 4 years and play in division 1 of the 8asidefootball.com league playing all games at Coram fields. We were founded based on a group of friends enjoying summer kick-a-bouts and decided we wanted something a bit more competitive. We play 2 seasons per year (summer/winter) + 1 cup competition. Coram Fields (where all games are played) is situated near Russell Square station in central London and recently re-laid 4g pitches. Excellent conditions best pitches I've played in London in a well run fun and competitive league of 2 divisions. Promotions and relegations apply each season. Currently consists of 8 teams per league and increasing to 10 per league from next season. The league has been running for over 15 years. 8 aside is great substitute for 11's. As close as it comes full rules except no offsides. Perfect size pitches for feel of a full game.
