INSTONIANS LADIES HOCKEY CLUB

Instonians Ladies Hockey needs players of all abilities that are committed to training & playing hockey every week! We are located at Shaw’s Bridge in South Belfast and compete in the Senior 4 and Junior 8 of the Ulster Hockey Ladies League. Training is Tuesday evenings 6-7.30pm Matches are Friday evenings or Saturday afternoon. Come along to join in at out training session, get fit, have fun and meet the friendly seahorses!
