Welcome to Lingfield Youth F.C. We not only attract players form Lingfield we also attract lots of players form the surronding areas, Dormansland, Blindley Heath, Crowhurst and Marsh Green Lingfield Youth F.C. currently field teams in age groups from U8’s to U15’s in the Horsham & District League. We also have teams for U6 and U7s who play in competitive friendly matches. We are the proud holders of an F.A. Standard Charter and to maintain this we have to fulfil a number of strict obligations. These include: • FA CRB checked volunteers • All managers to have minimum of FA Level 1 Coaching Course • Commitment to attend in-service training • Acceptance and promotion of Codes of Conduct • Commitment to provide Mini-Soccer opportunities for up to Under 10s With the exception of the U6s all our teams train twice a week, once on a Saturday morning and once early evening during the week. The U6s train once a week on a Monday evening. As a player we would expect you to attend as many of these sessions as possible. From U8 to U10 we have teams playing regular mini soccer matches in the Horsham & District league. Although these are competitive matches, results and league tables are not officially published. From U11 upwards we have teams who play 11-a-side football in the Horsham League, fixtures and results can be found on the FA Full-Time website here As a part of our Standard Charter accreditation the club strictly adheres to a number of codes of conduct. All players, parents and club officials are expected to agree to their relevant code and any failure to do so could result in the termination of their club membership.
