About Lytchett Cricket Club

Lytchett Cricket Club formed after the amalgamation of Lytchett Matravers CC and Lytchett Manor CC We are a local friendly, family Originally based out of the villages of Lytchett Minster and Lytchett Matravers, the majority of the playing membership are past pupils of Lytchett Minister School. In the past few years we have started to play away from either Villages due the playing surface at our old home became unsuitable to play cricket on. Our New Home ground for Weekend Cricket is Kings Park in Bournemouth, we are normally found playing on pitch 1. We have based ourselves here for the past 3 years, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future, we have been made to feel welcome by the café owners and the bar upstairs provides a suitable location to retire after the game for a quick pint. If you are interested in becoming a Member of Lytchett CC either in a playing capacity in one of our 3 sides, or as a Scorer or Umpire we are looking forward to hearing from you.
