Football as therapy for participants with mental health illnesses such as low confidence, low self-esteem, stress, depression and anxiety

[me]united has the ambition to provide a sports therapy service aimed at participants who suffer mental health illnesses. [me]united is currently in the process of setting up football as therapy session in Liverpool. Our aim is to be able to provide an early intervention to participants who would benefit from playing football, having fun and socialising with likeminded people. The session will be split into coaching by an FA qualified coach and matches.
