About Skelmersdale Cricket Club

Skelmersdale CC was formed in 1891. The Club moved from its old ground in School Lane in 2002 to a new purpose-built facility at Firswood Park. We run three Senior teams and play in the Liverpool & District Cricket Competition. This is the only designated ECB Premier League in Lancashire. We also run five Junior teams - U9, U11, U13, U15 and U18. Our juniors play in the Southport & District Junior Cricket League and train every Tuesday evening at 6:30pm during the summer months. Skelmersdale CC is committed to improvement and development at all levels and abilities. Furthermore, we enable all members to enjoy regular cricket in a safe and family friendly environment.
