About Wigton Moor FC

Mens Open Age - Yorkshire Amateur League. Wigton Moor FC are looking for new players in all positions to help strengthen both our men’s teams for the forthcoming 2013/2014 season. We play our games on Saturday afternoons and are members of the Yorkshire Amateur League. The league consists of seven division with our first team playing in Senior B. We are an FA Charter Standard Club with junior teams for boys and girls teams from U8’s – U18’s together with an open age ladies team. We are also able to offer our players some of the best changing/playing facilities in the league with both our men’s open age teams playing their games at Tree Tops Community Centre off Shadwell Lane, LS17 8FQ. Pre-Season training will commence on Thursday 4th July 2013 and takes places every Thursday during the summer months at Wigton Moor's Junior ground, LS17 8EN which is situated off the Harrogate Road. Training starts at 6.45pm. During the winter months training is held at Fearnville Sports Centre, LS8 3LF under floodlights starting at 7.00pm.
